Chocolate chips - Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 stick butter , room temperature
1/2 cup granulated cane sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs , room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream or buttermilk or yogurt
2-3 ripe bananas 
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F 
Oil and flour the loaf pan
Mash 2 bananas with a fork in a small bowl


In a bowl, whisk together the flour , baking powder , baking soda , salt and ground cinnamon.

In another bowl, use a hand electric mixer or stand mixer to cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs , mashed bananas , vanilla and sour cream until combined. Add the dry ingredients and gently stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. 

Bake for 1 hour. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
